Additionally, you can upgrade any of our telephone support agreements to a 1-hour response time and coverage 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We recognize how critical quality technical support can be to your business.

  • 1-year support agreement
  • Best option for support on multiple Computone products
  • Unused Problem Packs can be rolled over upon renewal of support agreement
  • Purchase a Problem Pack for your largest multiple port product, which assures coverage on your remaining products containing fewer ports.
* A “Problem” is considered one incident causing trouble with associated software and product.
