When do I need to purchase the RAS 2000RCM over the Regular RAS 2000 REX card?

Whenever the break is an issue. Terminal Servers have always sent out a break signal when rebooted, and this can cause a Sun Server (running Solaris 2.6 or earlier ) to go into management mode. Later versions of Solaris are not effected.
